Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by PC Genie Ltd. online or offline. By placing the order for goods, customers are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated without notice, so the customer should re-read them each time before a product is ordered.

Definitions
1. "PC Genie" means PC Genie Limited, also referred to as "we" or "us" in these terms and conditions.
2. "You" and "your" means the customer who purchased any goods from PC Genie Ltd.
3. "Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays.

I PRICE
1. The price for any goods is inclusive of GST (12.5%).
2. We may alter our prices without prior notice. For all prices, products and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. The customer must confirm the price before ordering.
3. The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of freight, insurance and installation.
4. Purchase prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, unless otherwise stated.

II PAYMENT
1. Payment may be made by Visa Card, Master Card, Q Card, Farmers Card, Cheque, Bank Deposit or Online Banking Transfer.
2. Orders will be processed only after receiving proof of payment by Direct Deposit, Online Banking or Transfer into the bank account of PC Genie Ltd. For payment by personal cheque, it will take up to 5 (five) business days to clear the cheque after we receive it.
3. Customers are required to pay the Company in full before any goods are dispatched.
4. Goods will be dispatched when the payment has been authorised.

III ORDERS
1. Place your order online via this website. We are an Online Retailer only.
2. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered: PC Genie Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

IV WARRANTY
1. All goods sold on this website are well known international brand products manufactured by multinational corporations and distributed in New Zealand by accredited distributors. All products purchased from PC Genie Ltd are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if you have any questions or doubts.

V DELIVERY
1. All prices quoted on our website do not include freight. We offer free shipping on all orders valued over $250. Orders under $250 are charged $5 for Auckland, $7 North Island and $11 for South Island destinations.
2. Items heavier than 20Kg do not qualify for free delivery or above rates and they are charged under our bulk freight policy. Bulk freight is charged $20 for every 20Kg (example: if an item weighs 20Kg then is charged $20; if an item weighs over 20Kg but up to 40Kg then is charged $40 and so on). All these items have a Bulk Freight specification in their description.
3. If you are in a rural delivery area extra charges may occur.
4. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to the customers' premises by the delivery date estimated by the PC Genie Ltd. This delivery date is not guaranteed, nor is it the essence of the contract. While most orders are delivered promptly without incident, there are some occasions when the courier does not perform as expected. Once the package is in the hands of the courier it is out of our control. Expected delivery targets are 1-3 business days.
5. We only deliver to New Zealand physical addresses. We cannot deliver to PO BOXES.
6. The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, and in all cases must inform the company of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the goods, in writing, within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
7. We are an Online Retailer only, and only deliver by courier. We do not have a showroom or a retail outlet.

VII PRODUCT INFORMATION LIABILTY
1. All information on this website is provided to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any product information or technical specifications provided on this website or over the phone. Customers are at all times responsible for selecting the product(s) they require and are strongly advised to consult with the manufacturer regarding technical specification and product information before purchasing from us.
2. We provide links to third party websites as a convenience. We do not endorse the content of those sites nor do we supply any warranty in regards to use of those sites.
